Account deletion

To request the deletion of your MyMaptuner account, follow the steps below.

1. Download and install the MyMaptuner app on your device.
2. On the home screen, click the ‘My Account’ icon. If you are not logged in, please do so by clicking the ‘Log in’ button.
3. Once logged in, click on the ‘More options’ link at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click the ‘Request account deletion’ button and follow the instructions in the app.

Maptun Performance will send you an email to confirm your deletion request. Once confirmed, your account will be deleted within 48 hours. This includes all your personal data: email address, username, real name, street address, state, ZIP code, city, country, and telephone number.
