How it works

The Maptuner performs a reflash. In short, the Maptuner first reads the original vehicle firmware to analyze and look up the various parameters such as load pressure, boost, ignition timing, fuel, restrictions etc. These parameters are then adapted to various conditions such as climatic circumstances. This is one of the most advanced ways to optimize the engine – and undoubtedly the safest!

The Maptuner X is the all-in-one choice for professionals and workshops with its built-in touchscreen and powerful hardware. Its large storage makes it a perfect fit for people working with a large number of vehicles. The Dealer Service Application is specifically developed with pro users in mind to speed up their workflow. Requires a PC with MyMaptuner software to sync with our servers.

Monitoring

Being able to see different engine values in real time while driving is something many people find as highly valued and that is why we have created the Monitoring app that shows you all the information you need to be sure that your vehicle is performing as it should. Values being showed and available features varies between different kinds of vehicles. An example of values shown is boost pressure, air mass, speed, oil pressure and oil temperature. Display values both graphically and numerically.

Datalogger

Allows you to record the values for analysis afterwards. Datalogger gives a deeper analysis on the function on the engine than the standard gauges of your vehicle. The Map Editor PC-software allows you to modify the software of your vehicle after analysing the values in the Datalogger app.
