Getting started with your Maptuner
Step 1
Install MyMaptuner PC-software
Download and install latest version of MyMaptuner from our Download Center. The software is only available for Windows.
Step 2
Login to your Maptuner-account
If an account already has been created for you: Login using your email and password that has been sent out to you by email.
If you don’t have an account: Use the license code to create a new account.
Step 3
Connect Maptuner to your computer
Connect MaptunerX to PC by using the 01-MT015 USB- cable.
Step 4
Synchronize
Click on “Synchronize” in MyMaptuner to make sure you are running latest Maptuner firmware.
Step 5
Add vehicle
Now plug your Maptuner X into the ECU- or diagnostics port of your vehicle. Some models support both connecting methods. Follow this link to view cable compatibility chart
If you don’t know where the ECU or diagnostics port is located; read the manual for your vehicle or contact your local dealer. You can also find help here.
