MyMaptuner: Fault codes manager

Read and clear fault codes.

For certain models we also offer freeze frame data that gives you information about current engine values when error codes were triggered.

Open your MyMaptuner App and press Service on the Home Screen.

Press Fault Codes on the list that appears.

Tip: Fault Codes may be the only available option in the list depending on your vehicle and license.

Press the green Read button. Wait a few seconds until a list with all the current fault codes from you vehicle are displayed.

Press a fault code to view more information about it. The available information for each fault code depends on the type of fault code and vehicle.

Press the read Clear all button. This will remove the fault codes from the list and your vehicle ECU and then read fault codes again. If the list is empty all fault codes where removed.

Tip: When troubleshooting, turn the ignition off and on again (or starting the vehicle). This will recreate potential faults and generate a new fault code in your vehicle ECU. Press the Read button again to list the fault codes in MyMaptuner App.

You can also choose to share your current error codes using your phone sharing option. Just press the Share button in the upper right corner of your screen.
